jobs in microbiology

hi friends,
its sathya just come out of my college life with many hopes of getting a job!! but the situation is totally different where we have to go for many recommendations and references to get a job in the companies.
dear friends is that worth for all the lifescience students to work for 3000 to 4ooooRs with 4 years of bond.. its really a cruel act!!!
friends what i wish all of us to do is to have a good practical knowledge in our college labs and we should demand for the facilities woth we are paying the fees.
